All children at Alafia Haven have experienced significant trauma.
Many have been removed from their homes by the State of Texas due to abuse or neglect, and protecting their privacy is critical to their safety and healing. For this reason, our Sponsor-a-Child program is organized by age and gender, rather than personal details.
