Application Process
1. Submit Your Application
Apply online and include documentation that shows:

You meet the minimum age of 21 and have a valid driver's license

At minimum, a High School Diploma.
2. Employment History & Reference Checks
We will verify your employment history and contact at least two professional references as required by state regulations.
3. Complete Required Forms
Before your first day, we’ll collect:

TB screening showing you are free of contagious tuberculosis

CPR/AED Certification

A notarized Licensing Affidavit for Applicants

A signed statement acknowledging receipt of our operational policies

A signed statement acknowledging your duty to report abuse or neglect
4. Background Checks

We’ll request all required background checks through the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS) before you work directly with children.
