Alafia Haven is a Texas state-licensed, long-term General Residential Operation (GRO) dedicated to providing a safe, therapeutic, and home-like environment for adolescents navigating complex emotional and behavioral challenges. Located in Odessa, Texas, we are proud to be the first facility of our kind in the region, serving as a beacon of healing and hope for youth in need of intensive support.
We specialize in 24-hour residential care for female adolescents with significant trauma histories, particularly teen girls ages 5 to 17, who benefit from a structured, less-restrictive therapeutic setting, offering individualized treatment and supervision in a setting designed to promote growth, stability, and long-term success.
Alafia Haven is a fully licensed operation, meeting all standards set by the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS). We are committed to maintaining the highest level of accountability, safety, and quality in the services we provide.
